I have over 10 years of experience, mainly across fintech, banking and wealth management. I also enjoy shaping product strategy, scaling established products and connecting them with business goals. ## Selected projects ### Mobile Investment App - **Role:** Product Owner - **Period:** February–July 2026 - **Brief:** Extend a web-only investment platform into native iOS and Android applications. - **My work:** Discovery, MVP and flow definition, user stories, backlog, alignment across business, design and engineering, and related enhancements to the web platform. - **Outcome:** We launched the app on schedule. After launch, the number of clients grew and we continued improving the product based on their feedback. ### Wealth Management Product Discovery - **Role:** Product Lead / Product Manager - **Period:** September 2025–January 2026 - **Brief:** Define a new wealth-management section within an existing fintech app without creating unnecessary complexity. - **My work:** MVP definition, flows, requirements, backlog, and alignment across business, design and engineering. - **Outcome:** The discovery aligned the team on the product direction and first-release scope. The client could then decide on further development based on a concrete MVP, prototype and roadmap. ### AI-Powered Investment App - **Role:** Product Lead - **Period:** July 2024–January 2025 - **Brief:** Create an AI-powered mobile investment app for the Middle Eastern market, focused on stocks, ETFs and social trading. - **My work:** Four-week discovery, definition of the value proposition and MVP, followed by leading development of the first version as Product Lead. - **Outcome:** Validated product concepts and a first version developed over the following four months. ### Shoptet Pay - **Role:** Product Manager / Product Owner - **Period:** November 2021–December 2022 - **Brief:** Launch and develop payment services built directly into Shoptet's merchant administration. - **My work:** Discovery, user research, backlog, open banking, and collaboration with design and engineering. - **Outcome:** Launch of the online payment gateway and expansion of Shoptet Pay with services that simplified payment management and order matching. ### Fairo - **Role:** Product Owner - **Period:** 2020–2021, approximately one year - **Brief:** Stabilise an early-stage mobile finance app for freelancers while continuing to develop its core capabilities. - **My work:** Product ownership for accounting, bookkeeping and tax reporting, delivery stabilisation, prioritisation of fixes, biometric authentication and tax-reporting development. - **Outcome:** Stabilising the product helped reduce client churn. At the same time, the number of clients who prepared their tax return through Fairo increased. ### Digitální dílna - **Role:** Project CEO - **Period:** 2019, approximately four months - **Brief:** Build a digital agency for freelancers and small businesses from initial concept to launch. - **My work:** P&L, team setup, product strategy, MVP scope, legal entity, marketing, website and service-ordering application. - **Outcome:** The agency, service offering and ordering application launched in approximately four months; we then secured our first client projects. ## Experience ### Vacuumlabs — Senior Product Manager / Product Lead **November 2023–31 August 2026 · freelance · Prague** Client projects across fintech and wealth management, from discovery through delivery. As Wealth Management Product Lead, I also supported strategy, pre-sales and client work. ### Finbricks — Product Owner **January–November 2023 · freelance · Prague** Product development for an open-banking platform. We delivered a new client administration portal, including migration, and supported expansion into Hungary and Romania. ### Shoptet — Product Manager, Shoptet Pay **November 2021–December 2022 · Prague** Development of Shoptet Pay for online stores in CZ, SK and HU. Responsible for product discovery, the backlog and open-banking features, including automated payment-to-order matching. ### Creative Dock — Product Owner / Project CEO **September 2019–November 2021 · freelance · Prague** At Fairo, I led a team focused on invoicing, bookkeeping and taxation for freelancers. I later led a digital-agency project for small businesses from scratch. ### Česká spořitelna — Product & CX Specialist / Product Owner / Senior Business Analyst **October 2016–September 2019 · permanent employment · Prague** Business analysis supporting the bank's digital transformation, including the migration of 1.8 million clients to George. Use research to uncover real problems and untested assumptions. 2. **Validate the direction:** Explore possible approaches, prototype them quickly and test which solution creates the most value. 3. **Find the right MVP:** Together with business, design and engineering, define the smallest meaningful version that is feasible, tests the key assumptions and delivers value to users. 4. **Bring it to launch:** Translate the validated direction into user flows, priorities and a backlog.
