Senior Product Manager / Product Lead
I led product discovery and delivery on client projects across fintech and wealth management. As Wealth Management Lead, I also contributed to strategy, pre-sales and client work. Internally, I developed the practical use of AI in product delivery and supported Product Owners in the team.

Product Owner
In cooperation with the CPO, I took over the day-to-day product ownership of an open-banking platform and focused on improving how the development team operated. We delivered a new client administration portal and supported expansion into Slovakia, Hungary and Romania.

Product Manager / Product Owner, Shoptet Pay
I contributed to the creation of Shoptet Pay, an Adyen payment solution integrated directly into Shoptet's merchant administration. I led product discovery and delivery in open banking and automated payment matching. Together with the team, we launched the online payment gateway and expanded its payment-management services.

Product Owner / Project CEO
I worked on early-stage digital products and venture projects. At Fairo, I led a product team responsible for accounting, bookkeeping and tax reporting. As Project CEO, I built Digitální dílna for sole traders and small businesses from initial concept through launch.

As Product Owner, I worked on the development of the George Key digital identity application and contributed to launching fully online travel insurance. As Senior Business Analyst, I supported the migration of 1.8 million clients to George.

Product Lead and Senior Product Manager with more than 10 years of experience building digital products, primarily in fintech, banking and wealth management. I bring the greatest value in the early stages of a product, from discovery through MVP definition. At the same time, I can align business, design and engineering and take a product from discovery and delivery through to launch.
I have experience with new products built from scratch, as well as with existing products and their further development, product strategy, research, defining user flows and backlogs, delivery and team coordination, including stakeholder management. In recent years, I have also focused on the practical use of AI in product work — from AI features in investment products to automating product development, for example in user stories, testing, checking the developed solution against acceptance criteria and documentation.
